We want every BYCRANES member to feel the program is right for them. If it's not, we offer a fair refund window — with a few sensible conditions to keep the community healthy.
14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase of the Course or Cranes X, provided you have completed Module 1 and feel the program was not what we promised.
What is not refundable
- Purchases older than 14 days.
- Discord-only monthly subscriptions (cancel anytime — no refund of the current month).
- Accounts that have completed more than 50% of course modules.
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@bycranes.com from the email address you used to purchase, with your invoice number and a short note about why the program wasn't a fit. We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account will be suspended pending review. We'd rather make it right directly.
