All course material, videos, journals, templates, and community content are owned by BYCRANES and licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, screen-record for distribution, or publish derivative works.

BYCRANES provides educational content only. Nothing on this site or in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.

Prices are listed in EUR and are charged at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, abuse, or harm other members; (c) attempt to bypass access controls; or (d) scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without refund for breach of these Terms, including community guideline violations.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYCRANES is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
